Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically reach you in 3–5 working days nationwide. You receive a tracking number by email and in your account the moment your parcel ships.

Question 2

What is the delivery charge?

Accepted Answer

A flat delivery charge applies to every order and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Orders above the free-delivery threshold ship at no charge.

Question 3

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer and cash on delivery. For bank transfer you upload a payment screenshot and transaction ID; our team verifies it, usually within 24 hours.

Question 4

How do I know my bank transfer was accepted?

Accepted Answer

Once an admin verifies your payment screenshot, your order moves to Confirmed and you receive both an in-app notification and an email. If it cannot be verified you will be told why.

Question 5

Can I order without creating an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guest checkout is available — you only need a name, phone, email and delivery address. Creating an account simply lets you track orders and reorder faster.

Question 6

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders cannot be cancelled from your account. Contact customer support as soon as possible and our team will help where the order has not yet shipped.

Question 7

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

Returns and refunds are handled manually by our team. Read the Return & Refund Policy, then contact support with your order number.

Question 8

How should I store my fragrance?

Accepted Answer

Away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally in the box. Stored properly, an extrait keeps its character for years.

Question 9

What does "impression of" mean?

Accepted Answer

It identifies the scent family a composition is inspired by. Our fragrances are original creations built from the same grade of materials — they are not the branded fragrance itself.

Question 10

Do you offer bespoke pieces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customize is our bespoke made-to-measure service for eastern wear and personalised scent commissions. See the Customize page to begin an enquiry.
